Dedicated Nashville Moving Professionals
Nashville's One-Stop Destination for Moving and Logistics
Every move is unique, and estimating the duration of your move involves various factors. It's essential to grasp how these variables can impact your total moving time to plan effectively.

  1. Elevator, Long Carry, and Stairs: Ideally, your truck or container would be conveniently close to your home. However, reality is often different. When movers need to tackle stairs, use elevators (reserved or not), or transport items over a long distance (long carry), it can significantly extend the time required for your move.

  2. Packing, Assembly, and Disassembly: Our time estimates assume that your belongings are pre-packed, requiring minimal assembly/disassembly. While our moving team can provide these services, they will affect the overall duration of your move.

  3. Drive Time: For local moves where a single crew handles both loading and unloading on the same day, the drive time between your starting point and destination is billable. Billing begins when our movers arrive at the truck. We prioritize efficiency during loading and unloading.

We provide a comprehensive invoice detailing the time spent on your move, along with any additional fees or charges. Billing concludes once the truck is emptied, and your items are safely placed in their new location. Our goal is to ensure a stress-free moving experience for our customers, delivering quality service at every stage.

For long-distance moves, we offer flat-rate pricing, including travel time to and from your location.
