3. Drive Time: For local moves where a single crew handles both loading and unloading on the same day, the drive time between your starting point and destination is billable. Billing begins when our movers arrive at the truck. We prioritize efficiency during loading and unloading.
    

We provide a comprehensive invoice detailing the time spent on your move, along with any additional fees or charges. Billing concludes once the truck is emptied, and your items are safely placed in their new location. For long-distance moves, we offer flat-rate pricing, including travel time to and from your location.
