• At least 21 years of age so we can add you to our insurance as a driver.

• A valid Driver's License and a clean driving record too. Safety first!

• A squeaky-clean background with no felonies, or convictions of sex crimes, violent crimes or theft related behavior. (Nation’s Best Freight offers second chance employment for certain felons. If you trust that you have truly changed and have started to get your life back in order, then go forth with this application with confidence and humility. • Ability to pass a drug test because drugs are bad… MMMkay?

• A get it done, yes sir yes ma'am, is there anything else I can do for you, attitude! NO NEGATIVITY. NO EXCUSES. Think Chick Fil A with boxes instead of sandwiches.

• Full time availability, including weekends because that’s when a lot of people move.

• Ability to deadlift at least 150 lbs, and be able to lift 50 pounds over your head.

• Willingness to work hard and hustle. No clock watchers here.
